("QuicKey," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, or use our locksmith services in the Greater Boston area. By using our website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.

When you submit our contact/quote form, call us, or text us, we may collect your name, phone number, service address, the type of service you need, and anything else you choose to tell us. We use this to dispatch a technician, provide a quote, and follow up.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links and buttons tapped, referring source, and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies (described in Section 4).

To respond to your request, schedule and dispatch service, and provide a quote.
To contact you about your request by phone, text, or email.

To measure and improve our advertising and understand which sources bring customers.

3. Marketing communications & text messaging

If you contact us, we may follow up about your service. If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or HELP for help). We do not sell your phone number, and we obtain consent before sending marketing texts as required by law.

Google Ads — to measure ad conversions and, where applicable, show remarketing ads. You can manage ad personalization at Google My Ad Center.
Microsoft Clarity — we use Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session recordings to improve our site. Clarity automatically masks sensitive input fields. Activity is captured using cookies and similar technologies. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
CallRail — call-tracking technology that may dynamically display a tracking phone number and record call data and call audio (see Section 5). See CallRail's Privacy Notice.
Form processing — our contact form is processed by a third-party form service that forwards your submission to us by email.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended.

5. Phone calls & call recording

Massachusetts notice: Massachusetts is an all-party consent state for recording communications (M.G.L. c. 272, § 99). If we record calls for quality or training, we will inform you at the start of the call and you may decline to be recorded by ending the call or asking us not to record. We may also use a tracking phone number that connects you to us.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers who help us operate (analytics, call tracking, form processing, hosting, dispatch/CRM tools), under agreements that limit their use of it.
When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
In connection with a business sale or transfer, in which case your information may be among the transferred assets.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. As required for Massachusetts residents, we maintain safeguards consistent with applicable data-security regulations. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at salomonmosli@gmail.com. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights (such as under the California Consumer Privacy Act). To opt out of analytics, you may use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on; to opt out of Clarity, you may block cookies or use Do Not Track where supported.

10. Children's privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to other websites

Our site may link to third-party sites (such as Google). We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.
